How long will it take to schedule a virtual tour? It usually takes 1-2 days to schedule a tour. During the summer, it takes 1-4 days. Placing your order online is the fastest method in scheduling.

How long will it take for my vr tour to be fully processed? Our turnaround time is between 1-2 days after the scheduled appointment.

How long will the virtual tour stay online? Depending on the package ordered, a standard tour will be available for 12-24 months.

How should I prepare my house? Please refer to the downloadable guidelines below.

How long will my appointment take? Between 30-60 minutes, depending on the sq.ft.

My Realtor purchased a tour for my house. Can I transfer the tour if I chose to go with another Realtor? No, your new Realtor will have to purchase a new vr tour.

What if I list my house as FSBO, and then I decide to go with a Realtor. Can I still use the tour? Yes, this tour is transferable. However, there is a fee.

Do you take a commission for the sale of my house? No. We only receive payment for the virtual tour service we provide.

How can people search for my house? MyVRtour no. of your house from the yard sign banner. Using our advanced feature, such as searching by location.

How do I edit or modify my information? All changes must be requested.

How do I receive my yard sign? The VR Specialist will have the yard sign on hand. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to post the sign.

How do I remove my listing from your website? Notify us immediately.
